AES put the "e" back into BeMS
The company launches a new software product called AES ENERGY TRACKER.
The software has been designed to provide a cost effective way of implementing an energy monitoring and targeting package. It requires no great level of expertise in use or in analysis and is suitable for every organisation that wishes to monitor and therefore control its energy usage. Data can be entered manually or automatically from utility disk, EDI, or from your BMS. It transfers data from a Trend 945/962 automatically. Transfers from other BMS Systems are also available.
By simply recording invoice or direct reading details for Electricity, Gas, Water, Oil or Solid Fuel the software provides a complete analysis to identify areas of overspend or saving. Data may be recorded and analysed monthly, half-hourly or at any selected frequency.
A comprehensive library of standard reports and analysis techniques is provided to cover all popular methods of calculation and data presentation. These reports are suitable for use by both the energy manager as well as for board reporting and are designed to be easily understood and highly presentable.
Cusum, Targeting, Regression Analysis and Degree Day adjustment methods are fully incorporated within the package. In addition reports may be customised by the user to provide complete control over all energy costs.
The software is based on the Microsoft Access Database engine, which provides a high degree of flexibility for further data manipulation, by any of the standard Windows packages (e.g. Excel or Word).
